Group Exercise

Our view at Exercise Physio is that continuing exercise to prevent injury is the most effective treatment for individuals to help manage pain and help control their recovery more independently. Our Physios design exercise programs that are individualised and goal orientated from injury rehabilitation to helping improve balance to reduce falls risk.

With a fully equipped gym, you are able to complete your exercise program within the practice under the supervision of your physiotherapist in a group setting.
